Systematized elaboration of nursing service scales: integrative review

Objective: to analyze the scientific publications on automated and systematized elaboration of nursing service scale in health institutions. Methods: this is an integrative review with a search EMBASE, CINAHL, SCOPUS LILACS databases correlating descriptors Automation, Personnel Management, Information System, Tool Use, Nursing, Nurse, Nursing Staff, Shift Schedule. Results: 9 articles, 4 national 5 international, experience reports/case studies, 1 scope review, cohort study as pseudo-experiment 2 quasi-experimental designs. The studies were shown table containing title, database, authors, journal, objectives, results, level evidence, quality authors' training. Conclusion: need develop impact using these devices reducing personnel costs, management workload, patient care, balance between professional personal life, well usability part team about advances that add more intelligence tools.
